Santa home visits in Pickering & the GTA
A real-bearded Santa walks through your front door for a warm, personalized 30 minutes planned around your family.
What happens during a visit
Whether it's a quiet evening with two kids or a living room full of cousins, each home visit is built around your family.
- Santa greets each child by name
- Personalized storytelling and one-on-one time with every child
- Family photos you take yourself, with as many family combinations as you like
- Conversation and Christmas cheer, not singing. Feel free to play your own festive playlist in the background.
Customized to your family
Tell us each child's name and age, plus a few favourite things like hobbies, pets or a book they love. Santa weaves them into your visit, and we confirm every detail with you before the day so there are no surprises.
Safe and comfortable for everyone
- Santa carries a current vulnerable sector background check, available for review on request.
- Parents are always welcome in the room.
- Every child chooses their comfort level: sit on a lap, stand beside Santa, or wave from nearby.
A real beard and a handcrafted suit
Santa's white beard is all his own, and his suit is custom-made. Kids (and curious grown-ups) are welcome to take a good look.

Home visit questions
How early should we book Santa?
As soon as you know your date. Weekends in November and December go first, and Christmas Eve is usually the first date to fill. We recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks ahead for the best choice of times. Last-minute? Send an inquiry anyway, because cancellations do happen.
Does Santa sing?
Santa is a storyteller at heart. His visits focus on warm conversation, personalized stories and plenty of jolly "Ho Ho Hos" rather than singing or leading carols. That keeps each visit calm, personal and easy for little ones to enjoy. You're welcome to play your own festive music in the background.
How are home visits customized?
Tell us each child's name and age, plus a few favourite things such as hobbies, pets or stories, and Santa will weave them into your 30-minute visit. We confirm the details with you before the day so there are no surprises, only delighted faces.
What are your photo safety rules?
Every photo is child-first and comfort-first. Children choose: no child is ever pressured, and they can sit on a lap, stand beside Santa or wave from nearby. A parent or guardian stays in the room or in sight at all times. Photos are taken by you or your photographer, and Santa does not photograph or post images of children. Mini-sessions run in set time slots, so please arrive a few minutes early. Please ask before posting images that include other people's children.
